Returns & Exchanges
At Jessica King Jewelry, we want our pieces to help you be more of yourself. If your selection doesn't feel right for your journey, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jessicakingjewelry.com. Once authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
All original JKJ packaging and tags must be included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized engraved items). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our return conditions mentioned above.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
