Our jewelry is crafted from premium stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, and eco-friendly brass, featuring high-quality PVD vacuum plating or multi-layer thick plating techniques. While some of our pieces (particularly our stainless steel collection) are water-resistant, we recommend gentle care for all products to ensure they remain as brilliant as the day you bought them.

Please note that even water-resistant jewelry is not chemical-resistant. We strongly recommend removing your pieces before showering or swimming, as chemicals found in soaps, shampoos, lotions, perfumes, chlorine, and household cleaning products can gradually wear away the plating and dull the finish.

For best care, please remove jewellery before sleeping or participating in sports, store it in a dry pouch or jewellery box, and gently clean it with a soft cloth after wear.

With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty for longer. Please note that tarnishing or damage caused by misuse is not covered under our refund or return policy.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

US Domestic Shipping: To ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition, please allow 7-14 business days for standard delivery within the United States.

International Shipping: 10-20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your jewelry's journey to you.

We want you to be completely in love with your Jessica King pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and must be returned in its original JK packaging.
